The Jacob Brown Award is given annually to a soldier who has been determined to have unsurpassed devotion and fidelity to the unit.

Sarah Borginnis Award

The Sarah Borginnis Award is given annually to a female member who has been determined to have unsurpassed devotion and fidelity to the unit.

Speed Loading Award

The Regimental Speed Loading Award is determined every year in January at the Battle of New Orleans event held in Chalmettte LA. This is a timed competition determining which soldier can fire 3 rounds in the shortest time. The winner of this competition is accorded the honor of wearing a specially  engraved cross belt plate for the year.

Best Turned Out Soldier

The Best Turned Out Soldier Award is determined by the Regimental Sergeant Major for the soldier who stands above the rest in the condition of their person and their equipment. This award is given at certain events and the prize can be something like an embossed neck stock or other personal items.
